About Us
The MERL team is a diverse group of researchers with expertise in multiple disciplines, who are based in Australia, Cambodia, and Vietnam. Under the leadership of Dr. Lien Pham, the team operates independently from the program teams of EMWF, which implement projects as registered NGOs in Cambodia and Vietnam. The MERL team is part of Thrive Networks, a US-based registered 501(c)(3) tax-exempt non-profit organization headquartered in San Francisco, California.
