A rapid review of financial risks for private sector WASH businesses in rural Viet Nam
This paper provides an overview of governance (policy/laws/guidelines) and the institutional (management models) structure of water services and sanitation services in Vietnam, and the financial risks associated with these structures within the services’ value chains. The review informs the survey to assess financial risks and viability for private sector WASH suppliers in rural Vietnam.
