The contents of this website comprise the collective knowledge outputs of the Monitoring, Evaluation, Research and Learning (MERL) team from Thrive Networks/East Meets West Foundation, which were produced during their research and evaluation projects conducted between 2020 and 2023.
The focus of our research studies was on rural development issues pertaining to water and sanitation, which included gender equality and social inclusion, women’s empowerment, financial risks associated with private sector WASH suppliers, climate change adaptation, and community-based networks in rural areas of Cambodia and Vietnam.
In addition, the website features learning notes and policy briefs that resulted from the MERL team's independent evaluations of the Women-Led Output-Based Aid (WOBA) projects implemented by East Meets West Foundation in Vietnam and Cambodia.
